Quite simply, I am most likely just like you, I recently turned 60 and had reached a point in my life where I felt a little lost, the kids had left home, and sitting around feeling sorry for myself only made things worse, including menopause symptoms.

As a Naturopath I knew that I had to take care of my health first especially if I wanted to be around for grandkids and live a healthy, independent and mobile lifestyle to a ripe old age.
